With reference to Hal Elrod best seller The Miracle Morning, we have come out with these 6 morning habits which can change your life. In 3rd December 1999 Hal Elrod met with accident where Doctors declared him dead but after 6 minutes he came to life again but went in to the coma for 6 days and on 7th day when he came out of coma Doctor told him that he cannot walk again. After few years of accident Hal Elrod was keynote speaker, Bestselling author and ultra marathon runner. He proved Doctors wrong and he said after accident he followed these 6 morning habit which he learned from books and successful peoples.
We called these 6 morning habits "SAVERS":
S - Silence
A - Affirmation
V - Visualization
E - Exercise
R - Reading
S - Scribing
Silence:
When people wake up in morning they first think about daily routing i.e. I have this work complete, I will became late for office, I have meeting in afternoon which is wrong. According to Hal Elrod when you wake up you should be relax and for that you can do meditation, prayer or simply sit feel your surroundings.
Affirmation:
Do positive talks with yourself, lots of successful people used to talk with themselves. You can write your life vision on paper like how you want to look yourself in a life, why you want these changes in your life and commitments and read everyday.
Visualization:
There is difference between affirmation and visualization. In visualization you have to see yourself to achieve the goals for example your goals is to loose weight or body building then you have to visualize yourself that you are doing exercise, running etc.
Exercise:
We all of us know the importance of exercise but most of us don’t do and make excuses to avoid exercise. Just avoid excuses and make a habit to do exercise in morning at least for 15 min.
Reading:
Reading and writing is very important for our personal growth. Try to read 10 pages daily if you do that than you will read 3650 pages in a year which is about 18-20 books. Small efforts can change your life.
Scribing:
Give some time to write your thoughts and feeling which people also called it morning pages and you will learn something new every day.
If you want to complete all above mentioned habits in the morning than you have to wake-up early. As per Hal Elrod all 6 habits should finish before 8 am. In order to wake-up early in morning avoid snoozing because it makes you lazy and give you feeling that you are ready to face the day.

Stage 1:
First 10 days, it will be hard to follow this habit but you have to fight with yourself everyday and have to complete.
Stage 2:
Second 10 days, these habits will become normal for you.
